About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Marketing Account Manager (5–8 years experience) to own client relationships and drive marketing strategy across key client accounts. You're the strategic partner clients trust, combining innovative thinking with cross-functional collaboration to develop, present, and execute marketing solutions that deliver meaningful results.
In this role you'll work across a mix of healthcare, finance, and tech clients, developing strategy, presenting recommendations, and owning deliverables from start to finish. Some days, you're hands-on with execution. Other days, you're guiding creative teams to keep projects moving in the right direction. Usually, it's both.
About You
- 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience with meaningful exposure to healthcare, finance, or technology
- A natural client leader—polished, and persuasive in the room with C-suite executives. You are confident making recommendations or navigating tough conversations, and you don't need a script to do it
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategy independently. You go beyond the ask and bring ideas clients didn't know they needed
- A true marketing generalist with real hands-on experience across email, social, content, paid advertising, PR, web, and more
- Comfortable owning multiple budgets, scopes, and timelines, and having direct, transparent conversations with clients about all three
- Can manage multiple clients and competing priorities without losing your quality bar.
- A natural collaborator, comfortable working alongside creative teams to drive projects forward
- Agency or client services experience strongly preferred
What You’ll Be Working On
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for select B2B clients in healthcare, finance, and tech
- Develop and present marketing strategies, campaign plans, and recommendations directly to senior client stakeholders
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and bring ideas to clients before they ask
- Serve as a true brand steward by deeply understanding each client's industry, history, goals, competitive landscape, and voice
- Build the kind of client relationships that last—grounded in trust, expertise, and consistent delivery
Campaign & Content Execution
- No two weeks look the same, one day you're launching a thought leadership program, the next you're building a lead gen campaign from scratch, and you wouldn't have it any other way
- You'll bring the instincts to know when to lead with content, when to lean on paid, and when to do both––or something different entirely
- Develop and launch integrated campaigns across email, social, content, paid, PR, digital and more
- Collaborate across teams and oversee marketing strategy and client deliverables
Project & Account Leadership
- Own budgets, project scopes, timelines, and billing with full accountability
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across creative and specialist teams
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously with confidence
