Founder & Managing Principal
Daniel is the founder and managing principal of Hencove and leads the agency in crafting brand stories for its clients. Daniel is a passionate marketer with deep experience in B2B marketing; he serves as counselor to business owners and executives, providing strategic direction and execution on an array of marketing and communications initiatives. Daniel studied religion and communications at Tufts University. He lives in Needham, MA with his wife and three children. He is active in his community and is a member of the Board of Advisors of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham.
Will is a multidisciplinary designer with a love for branding. He’s worked with a broad range of companies, from established financial firms to emerging health-tech organizations to growing tech companies; he has helped build and implement brand identities that are conceptually sound and rooted in practicality. His love for visual communication and knowledge of production fuels his desire to develop brand identities that push boundaries, yet remain effective in today’s ever-changing landscape. Will studied graphic design at Northeastern University. When not working with clients, he can be found expanding his creative breadth by exploring new mediums, cooking, tending to his indoor jungle, or soaking in the mountains and lakes of New England.
Associate Marketing Director
Dan is a data-driven marketer and website user-experience expert with over a decade of digital marketing experience. He entered the world of marketing during the early years of SEO and web analytics and quickly found his niche in these functional areas. A naturally analytical thinker, Dan specializes in engineering lean performance-based marketing strategies to help businesses drive traffic, leads, revenue and ROI. As a Business Administration & Marketing student at the University of Vermont, he was able to spend his college years competitively skiing and enjoying the Green Mountains and Lake Champlain in Burlington. Dan lives in Newton, MA and enjoys the simple things in life including; live music, craft beer, fantasy sports, gardening, tea, noodles and traveling.
Olivia brings a breadth and depth of marketing and communications skills and experiences to her clients, deftly jumping in wherever needed and guiding the way. Analytical by nature, Olivia is a problem-solver that continuously finds new ways to meet clients’ challenges. Olivia excels at helping brands find their unique selling points and tell their stories. She studied business and marketing at the College of William & Mary and earned a masters in public relations from Boston University. Originally from Texas, Olivia now calls Boston home, and enjoys keeping up her passion for dance and serving at her church and surrounding community.
Andy is a versatile, experienced professional with a wealth of experience in media, marketing and communications. Having spent more than 10 years as a journalist, including as the editor of a weekly newspaper, he is particularly adept at writing sharp copy that effectively tells an engaging story. Prior to coming to Hencove, he worked as a marketer for a large design firm and a small travel services company, where he excelled in creating strong, targeted messaging for a variety of purposes. Born and raised in the Bay State, Andy studied journalism at the UMass Amherst, and if a Boston pro sports team is playing, you’ll find him cheering them on.
Tom collaborates with clients across multiple industries, and delivers a plethora of marketing and communications strategies and tactics. From branding, to sales collateral, to thought leadership marketing, Tom is skilled across numerous disciplines. He enjoys taking on the challenge of presenting a client’s unique point of view and establishing them as industry leaders. He has exhibited strong media relations skills with numerous relationships in business and financial trade publications. Tom studied communication at Fairfield University. Honoring his New Jersey roots, Tom is an ardent Mets and Jets fan, and enjoys exploring the great restaurants, music, and cultural scene of his new home, Boston.
