We’re looking for an ASSOCIATE MARKETING MANAGER, a jack-of-all-trades marketer with 3 to 6 years of relevant work. Interest in healthcare, finance, and tech gives you a leg up. Possessing a range of skills and a desire to swim in multiple lanes, at the same time, is a must. We encourage a diversity of backgrounds, ideas and life experiences.

ABOUT YOU 

The ASSOCIATE MARKETING MANAGER will report directly to the agency’s founder and will:

  • Advise clients on their marketing strategy, programs, and campaigns

  • Build and manage brands across Hencove’s core verticals

  • Write content across many styles, purposes and channels

  • Lead rebranding projects including story development, research, visual identity, corporate narrative, sales materials, website development, and more

  • Create awareness and engagement campaigns utilizing social media, public relations, content development, advertising, email marketing, and other channels

  • Oversee client relationships, budgets, timelines, and deliverables

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic thinking for clients

  • Help the agency improve, learn, and grow
