We like to think, write, draw, and brainstorm. We debate until we’re confident. We push, poke and prod, until the best idea wins. We bond over trivia. We debate sports, pop culture, and the best local lunch options. We like our fancy coffee, and teas. We’re building a library of great books. We’re transparent – even our walls are made of glass. We speak our mind.
We’re defined as much by who we are, as by what’s missing. There are no silos and no ladders; no walls and no offices. But, above all else, we’re a team. We trust, support, and encourage each other. And we’re committed to being better, and making each other better.
