About The Job: Digital Marketing Specialist

From the most complex projects to the smallest detail, we’re involved in all aspects of marketing.
We’re looking for a DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST, a jack-of-all-trades marketer with strong experience in driving awareness and engagement through digital marketing channels. Interest in healthcare, finance, and tech gives you a leg up. Having a range of skills and a desire to swim in multiple lanes is a must.

The DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST will report directly to the agency’s founder and will:
Advise clients on their digital marketing strategy, programs, campaigns and tactics
Implement best practices in SEO and Google Ads campaigns to help clients achieve optimal ROI and valuable website traffic
Manage social media accounts - both organic and paid efforts - to generate awareness, traction and engagement
Track, monitor and measure digital performance, and provide monthly reports, with the goal of optimizing and enhancing programs for greater outcomes
Support email marketing campaigns with writing, development, tracking and performance reporting as needed
Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends and strategies, and implement within client relationships as appropriate
Work directly with clients across the agency on managing relationships, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic thinking for clients
Help the agency improve, learn, and grow
The DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST is expected to bring the following experience, skills, and mindset:
Demonstrated success of managing paid digital campaigns within a B2B environments
Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and across relevant social media platforms
3 - 5+ years of digital marketing experience
Google Analytics and Ads certifications preferred
Experience in email marketing platforms desired
